In order to ensure your safety when visiting our plant, please observe the following rules.

Safety instructions on arrival
Use the signposted visitor parking lots
You use the parking lots at your own risk
When registering with Administration, you will receive a visitor pass. For this purpose, please report to Reception

During your stay:

Wear the visitor pass so that it is clearly visible
You are not allowed to take pictures or videos any-where on the premises. Exceptions require express permission of Vossloh Rolling Stock GmbH
The German Road Traffic Act (StVO) applies; maxi-mum speed is 10 km/h (6 mph)
Rail vehicles and industrial trucks have right of way; give way to facility and forklift traffic
Keep clear of fire brigade access routes, turning areas, entrances/exits
Access to the factory building is only allowed on marked routes and in the company of IMATEQ employees
Factory accidents must be reported to the Headquarter - call (02841) 14 04-0
No alcohol or narcotics are allowed whatsoever
Observe the No Smoking signs
Do not operate heavy machinery if you are under the influence of medication or any other substance that impairs your responsiveness. Inform the IMATEQ employee you are visiting if this is the case.
Safety instructions in the production shops
Do not leave the marked routes unless instructed to do so.
Safety shoes must be worn when not on marked routes and when performing loading work
It is mandatory that you wear the hearing protection provided in the entrance area to accordingly marked noise areas
Handling water-polluting substances requires utmost care. Use the environmental hazard boxes in the event of spills
Inform the Plant Manager (02841 - 14 04-0) in the event of ground, air, and waste-water pollution
Beware of internal facility traffic and suspended loads
Electric/magnetic fields in accordingly marked areas can affect active medical implants

  • Wait for further questions!

Responding to injuries:

First-aiders are listed on the notice boards
The escape and emergency plan indicates the location of the works medical services and the automated external defibrillators (AED)

Responding to emergencies:

Injuries must be reported to the person accompanying you
Leave the building along the escape and rescue routes.
Do not use any lifts in the event of fire
Follow the instructions of fire protection assistants
Leave the building using escape and emergency routes and go to the nearest assembly point
